Meals in a Jar

Be ready for emergencies big and small with these great-tasting meals in a jar.

All you need to do to get a yummy meal on the table is add water and cook!

They are great meal options for food storage and emergency preparedness.

Most can be stored for at least 5 years. Or give them away as gifts.

My personal favorites are the Taco Soup and the Beef and Bean Stew.  My kids love the Mac & Cheese and say it tastes just the like the stuff in the blue box!

If you swap out the jar for a vacuum-sealed bag or mylar bag, these recipes can easily be used for camping and hiking meals too!
